  Look I understand if you don't pay your bill phones get shut off I get that I pride myself on paying my bills on time the day they are due, not the the day before or whatever but the day off. Because I save the money all month to where I end up having the money right on time the day of. But cricket failed to mention that their bill has to be paid the day or two before and if not they shut your stuff off the day of your due date. This is the only place I know that literally shuts your stuff off the day before your due date at midnight because according to them that is the cut off to pay. Midnight the day before your due date. So now I have to wait til I get paid tonight to get our stuff turned back on plus pay a reconnect fee that shouldn't even be there. All I can say is CRICKET DO BETTER and make sure customers know that their "due date" isn't actually their due date

  Chris is amazing!! When I say above and beyond helpful--I mean it with my whole heart! I am so glad that we came in and he was there to assist in a very stressful situation for me. 10/10 come to Clarksville cricket if you want to have the best customer service experience

  The selection of phones is limited. The people are not that knowledgeable or they lied to several coustomers while I was there. They were not that busy but they were slow. I was in the store for 30 minutes and nobody spoke to me. It was not a place I enjoyed going to....the place looked "fly by night" sketchy inside and the employees gave me the creeps. The upside?? I have heard good things about Cricket in general and they are a subsidiary of AT&T and I use AT&T and they are good, so I am sure it is just this store and these employees....your mileage may vary.
