We’ve been to City Creek Center several times. We do not live in the area, in fact, it’s over 5 hours away. In all of those visits, we hadn’t been in the Tiffany & Co. store there. Located on the NW corner, upstairs, before Nordstroms. On the day we went in, we met Client Advisor Robert. Robert was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and above all very genuine.
We visited quite a bit between seeing pieces and trying things on. It didn’t matter the price point, Robert had zero hesitation to share his knowledge and allow us to try them on and handle them. We made a complete lap and might’ve even drifted back over some pieces we saw.
My wife landed on this simple but yet elegant link bracelet. It paired wonderfully with her watch. Now, I know folks might be cringing about wearing a bracelet against a watch for fear of scratching them, but we wear and enjoy our jewelry as we choose. If we were flippers or considered each purchase as an “investment” piece, then ok, maybe a little caution would be given. That’s not the case.
So, if you’re at City Creek Center and are looking for some fine jewelry, do yourself a favor, go to Tiffany & Co. and ask for Robert Olson.
Thanks Robert very much for a wonderful visit and see you again.

Vincent was so kind to show me around the store even though I explained I just wanted to look as I have never been in a Tiffany & Co. before. He was so genuine, and made me feel like family. He was knowledgeable, professional and above all treated me with respect and kindness. He truly made my day and was a better experience than I could ever have imagined. Jennifer from Ohio

Great location for Tiffany in the City Creek mall. There may be a wait to enter the store during peak times. The staff has always been friendly, even if we were just browsing.

The staff followed us like a hawk from room to room, it was so unnecessary. When I was ready to try on a cuff I knew immediately the size was too small and asked for one size up, they wouldn't give me the size up and insisted I do the small size and and as they attempted to put it on me got it so absolutely stuck on my hand it literally cut me. Then gave me a "lesson" on how to put a cuff on .... I know how to put a cuff on and it's not by shoving it onto the widest part of your hand. An uncomfortable experience with unnecessary pain. Had a bruise for days.

Great place to shop for Jewelery, Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgeable. Miyoung was GR8. I give her an A+ . Not to mention the Jewelery that they have is top of the line!!! I recommend Tiffany's Jewelers. In Salt Lake City, Utah. At City Creek Center.
