  Good fun hotel to stay at. The only thing they should update the Coffee in the rooms to Coffee pods.

  Great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great staff. Our only issue was the indoor pool deck we had to cross to the elevator was soaking wet as well as the elevator. The atrium where the indoor pool and hot tub were exceptionally hot and reeked of chlorine. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fabulous. It is not worth paying for a pool view.

  We stay here from the 26-29 and we had trouble when we checked in they charged my aunt twice and my dad as well didn’t give my uncle a handicap room it was so hard for him to get to the second floor while in a walker never again we will stay here and the guy kept telling my aunt that they would refund the money still have not just so aggravating

  The room seemed a bit small but, it was clean and comfortable. They have a great breakfast selection, the pools were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

  Excellent experience! It’s down the strip and close to everything you need. The room was very clean. You can choose for them to clean everything everyday, but I just chose the towels and trash. There is an indoor and outdoor both pool and hot tub. Free breakfast is definitely a must also! I really enjoyed staying here and will come back next time I come to TN.
