  This was a tough one. We were on the middle of a road trip and had stayed in some good hotels. On arrival it looked nice. Location was good for us as we were visiting Dollys Stampede opposite and Dollywood just 7 mins away. The room was quite smelly on arrival. Initial thoughts were we need to leave, however being July 4 weekend there was nothing else in town. Bathroom was split, the shower and toilet room didn’t look the best. Not a fan of shower curtains. Aircon was good but very noisy. We did attempt breakfast but it was just too small of an area for the amount of people so gave up. Plenty of parking for guests. I think the majority of guests coming here are happy with everything, just wasn’t for us.

  Usually when I visit the smokies I get a cabin. But since we were only stopping for the night we grab a room. I was pleasantly surprised. The property was well maintained and the room was very clean and it was nice. The bed was comfortable and you can’t beat the location. I will definitely stay here again.

  The front desk manager and employee are VERY RUDE, after this last visit they post some very faithful customers. They won’t even give you a 30 minute late check out without charging you!! I also called about waking up with BUG BITES ON ME and they didn’t even try to help me with it, they just told me they would check my room AFTER I left!!! Don’t stay here if you don’t like disrespectful people! We won’t be back here and we come here every weekend due to my husbands work!

  When I travel I always usually stay at Best Western because for one of their fairly cheap to they always have clean comfortable rooms and last they have free breakfast never had an issue anywhere I've ever stayed until the Best Western Toni inn the front desk staff was very rude and talked down to people, the only one that was accommodating was the one that was overnight. Housekeeping found my driver's license and my debit card that I had lost and left behind they then turned it over to a third party company whoever that may be and whoever they sold my information to to then they call me and demand a fee plus shipping for me to get it back more like extortion so I told him to throw them away I would get new one and they literally hung up on me so I wonder how many people are going to get copies of my driver's license now totally makes me rethink Best Western!
