  The 3rd shift crew is absolutely incredible. Both times I’ve gone they’ve always been really friendly and absolutely great to talk to. I believe John and Michael if I remember correctly (I could be wrong on the names but that’s just what comes to memory) I truly appreciate them and their dedication to good service. Regarding the rooms, the rooms are absolutely incredible. I love how clean this hotel is. I’ve never had to ask to swap rooms unlike other places. The hottub is great and the pools are great, I wish the indoor pool was heated to like maybe 85 degrees as that pool is super cold and you gotta swap back and forth between the hot tub and the pool. The pool rooms are as expected, you hear noise from the pool during pool hours, specifically kids. But that is what you are expecting when getting a pool room. Service animals are welcome here which is great, they kept a note at the front desk indicating we had one which gave us peace of mind. The free breakfast is good as well. Keep up the great work!

  This hotel was amazing, the inside pool was heated, everyone was in the hot tub, and the room was spacious, had 2 insanely comfy beds for two and a pull out couch/bed for 2 as well, the tv was a problem though, people kept running into it, and the bathroom shower and the sink sprayer had low pressure, the water faucets have good pressure, just gotta turn it off and back on for the pressure to increase the pressure again. And the place looked very modern and cozy, had a very cold A/C unit, and a fire place. Only major problem, is that at a part of the popcorn roof is ripped a little bit, I’m worried of people going into the room and getting asbestos. This is room 249 or 294, I don’t remember for sure.

  The room had two queen beds and was large with a fireplace.Tha bath was nice and a very large walkin shower. The breakfast was included with a good variety of hot and cold.Goid coffee.Well located to everything.Front desk was friendly and helpful. I put bad service because it was and the person responsible for cleaning our room should be fired.I dud make the front desk aware and hopefully it will be corrected.If you don't report a problem then they have no opportunity to fix it.We would definitely stay here again!

  I enjoyed our hotel stay with the amenities it provided such as having 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool which my little one got to enjoy quite a bit. I liked the balcony view of our hotel room. Room noise was pretty minimal on the area we stayed in. I also liked that they have continental breakfast included. There is also an outdoor seating where you can enjoy your breakfast at. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and will most likely booking a stay here in the future when we come back to Pigeon Forge.

  Just got home from our first time staying at the Best Western. I think this is the biggest Best Western I've ever been too. We had a great time so I wanted to leave my honest review to help others. The rooms are huge and beds are comfortable. AC works great. There are 3 different big pools 3 kiddie pools and 2 hot tubs. 1 of the pools and hot tubs are indoor . They were all kept very clean. Breakfast was really good just wish they offered grits instead of oatmeal. Staff was extremely nice. The only reason I didn't go 5 star was bc I was a little upset that I paid extra money to have a balcony room and we were put on the 1st floor with a scenery of cars and trees. 1st floor should never be considered a balcony room in my opinion. I wanted to be high up to see the pretty view But that was the only complaint I had. Will definitely be back
