I cannot say enough wonderful things about **Prime Time Travel**, and especially **Madison !** She is, without a doubt, the BEST travel agent I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, Madison has gone above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our trips are not only planned perfectly, but that the entire experience—from the first conversation until we are safely back home—is easy, exciting, and special. What sets Madison apart is that she doesn’t simply book a vacation and move on. She genuinely cares about the people she is helping and the memories they are going to make. She listens to what you want, pays attention to the smallest details, answers every question, offers suggestions you would never have thought of yourself, and somehow always seems to be one step ahead. If something needs to be handled, she handles it. If there’s a way to make your trip better, she finds it.   PrimeTime Travel did a great job of helping us book our Bucket List Alaska Cruise. We had a Great Trip and got to see so many wonderful things. The only bad thing was when we got home kids expected US to cook again.

  Our experience with Prime Time Travel is they are a 5 star ++ business! We have used Mendy Kooi as our Agent. We have used Prime Time Travel for two major (for us) trips, one to Las Vegas/Grand Canyon and to Panama City Panama. In both cases, we were presented with a variety of tours and activities based our input to Mendy. Then she patiently worked with us as we worked through what we tours and activities we wanted (and patiently made several changes as we looked at possibilities. We were especially impressed with their knowledge of the First Class (or 5 Star!) local tour companies. This really made our vacations successful by their attention to detail and wonderful customer service. We are going to use her for at least 4 trips this year and encourage anyone planning a trip to consider how Prime Time Travel can enhance your vacation or trip. You won't be sorry!
