  We stopped in for just a drink early. Lexi was the bartender and she was fantastic. We had excellent Italian Margaritas and the Arancini which were delicious but Lexi definitely made the experience.

  Great service and amazing location. Katherine really did a great job with communicating before our arrival and was very helpful with my crazy requests. This hotel is in a great location, directly across the street from the Target Center and Target Field. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Best stay we've had.

  Our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We had a city view, wonderful. The bed and pillows were perfect. Love the shower, the horizontal jets were great on my back. Cozy robes a big plus. There were lots of other guests nearby but our room was quiet and peaceful. The nicest hotel stay we have had in Minneapolis.

  I would not recommend staying here. While the hotel looks nice and the location is convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel felt very disorganized, and the service especially in the restaurant was poor. My experience with the night manager, Kevin, was extremely uncomfortable and came across as discriminatory. What made things worse was witnessing how upper management, particularly Mark, spoke to and treated employees. As a guest, that is not something I should have to see. It was clear that employees were not valued or respected, and that atmosphere carries over into the guest experience as well. Management seemed disconnected and uninterested unless they needed employees to stay longer. Overall, the hotel gave the impression that neither staff nor guests are genuinely appreciated. There are much better places to spend your money.
