  DO NOT STAY HERE! They canceled our reservation without notice, they changed breakfast times, to exclude the guests that left early each morning, and they lowered the hot water temperature forcing us to take cold showers, and they never answer the phone.

  I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. My parents and I only stayed for one night while our home was under construction, but the overall experience was terrible. The only positive was the hospitality from the staff. As soon as we walked into the room, there was a strong odor. We turned on the air conditioner hoping it would help, but it didn’t make much difference. The bathtub had a ring around it, and there was a glob of old toothpaste left in the sink, which made it obvious the room had not been cleaned properly. Throughout the night, all three of us were itching, especially once we got into bed. The couch also had a large hole in it, and the hotel overall is in desperate need of renovations and better upkeep. The complimentary breakfast was so unappealing that we didn’t eat any of it. My dad was so uncomfortable with the room that he ended up sleeping in his car. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

  This hotel was phenomenal beginning with Jackie and ELIJAH at the front desk! They were very helpful and kind each interaction we had. In addition every staff member was amicable and extremely professional. We will be looking forward to staying at this hotel again when we travel to Northwest Indiana, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

  House keeping stole from me! Told the desk they said that house keeping said they didnt take it but here I am without my stuff. Tried calling the corporate number but the guy just hung up on me instead of transferring. I stay at ihgs all the time and this has been handsdown the worst experience I've had with them.

  I had a great time here with my family! I came from Atlanta to Indiana for my son's graduation and we stayed here for 2 days. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast is good! Marquez K was a great help, and an excellent front desk attendant! Because of him I will stay over and over again! Ill be back in July!
