  We booked this hotel to stay a few days at the beach between two cruises, I booked this specifically because it was simple and wasn't overpriced like many others in the area so I kept that in mind during my stay and during this review. Staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. I was nervous because several recent reviews mentioned elevator issues but both elevators were working during our stay and we had no issues, I requested a low floor at booking because of this potential issue and that request was honored. Breakfast each morning was tasty and filling, definitely enough to hold you over for a day at the beach until your next meal. The breakfast staff was present and constantly refilling the breakfast bar or cleaning the area. The rooms are well maintained and it seems their maintenance staff does a fine job, I saw a man several times that I believe was maintenance working around the property. On the 1st day the sprayer coming in from the beach to wash sand off yourself was broken and it was fixed by the very next day, so that's pretty good. I did have one major issue though and that is with the housekeeping. I realize that in 2026 daily housekeeping isn't the norm as it once was, but ours was well below even the minimum standard. Upon checking in there was some paper trash in our floor but more concerning was the bottle of warming anal lubricant I found beside my bed. I realize things can be missed, but if this was missed right next to the bed it makes you worry how well they are even cleaning the bed. Additionally, the check in paper they provide states they will do a daily room refresh and a full clean every 3 days. We stayed 4 days and never had a room refresh and certainly never had a full clean. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) in the room and we had to call daily for towel exchange so we could shower. I even had to call and ask for them to remove the trash and restock the toilet paper one day. Aside from the housekeeping issues this is a very nice property and I would stay there again but would be more firm in insisting on my room being cleaned properly.   The hotel itself is really nice. There is one obvious issue. The breakfast area is too crowded. A hotel this size needs a bigger area. Also one morning there was only eggs, they were out of pork and turkey sausage, and also milk. And this wasn't near the end of breakfast service, it was about 8:30. Otherwise the stay was good

  Great location, pool area is well kept. Room was clean, bed was perfect, balcony looking over the beach and ocean was cozy.

  Got here to check in around 3:00 there was two people doing the check process there was one person in front of us no one help us acknowledge us at all then standing there for 15 minutes we finally get ask if we are here to check in then we are told that our room is not ready yet with no excuse why. Mind you this place has already taken our money a week ahead of our check in date so why is our room not ready when check in is at 3:00pm not so great customer service that needs to be worked on. The positive side we got a apology at check out which was nice thanks for the stay. I understand that there is always some kind of hiccups when it comes to rooms being clean low staff and so on . I also work in hospitality so i do have some understanding but customer service needs to put effort into explaining and make the customer feel okay about the negative things.
