  Awesome view! Get up before sunset and you'll see an amazing sunrise! Hotel in decent shape. Room and bed are nice. Breakfast was standard HIE, reliable and tasty. Like the coffee grind machine for sure!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience for an IHG Gold Elite Member. I redeemed 130,000 IHG points for this stay and received one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years. Room 1016 was placed literally 3 feet from the elevator despite my reservation specifically requesting a room away from elevators. Staff showed zero concern and made no effort to help. The room smelled strongly of mold and humidity, the A/C barely worked, and even the TV remote was broken. Only 1 elevator in the hotel was functioning, causing 10+ minute waits with guests openly complaining it had been broken for days. Breakfast was embarrassing: * no milk * empty food trays * paper signs saying “OUT OF MILK” Housekeeping never cleaned the room or replaced towels during the entire 3-day stay. To make things worse, after being told at checkout that I was “all set” because I paid with points, the hotel still charged my credit card $430.10 without explanation. I called the hotel multiple times over several days and nobody answered or returned my messages. For the amount of points and loyalty invested into the IHG brand, this stay felt more like a neglected roadside motel than a beachfront hotel. Very disappointing and unacceptable overall experience.

  So disappointed with this Hotel. Been coming here from Georgia since 2018. Hopefully this will be our last time. Our bed was not made when we arrived. We were told our room would not be cleaned if it wasn’t set up when we made reservations. Had to call to get the TV to work properly!!! Complete room service is after 3 nights of stay. That’s emptying the trash and clean sheets etc….One of the elevators was out of service. A awful long wait to go up and down. Our honeymoon was at this Motel…..What happened!

  Housekeeping was practically nonexistent without a few phone calls, supposed to do a deep clean every 3 days. We were lucky to get the trash taken out, bed made, and towels every day. One elevator was not working the entire week we were there. Fridge worked great, but no coffee maker. Breakfast in the morning was helpful. Views were fantastic.

  Millie is awful. I habitually stay at holiday inn locations and booked a weekend there . I had a reservation labeled “pay at property” . I opted to pay an extra $40 to do so . They told me if I wanted to keep my reservation then I had to pay $500 8 days before my reservation. Which goes against what they advertised on Expedia . When I called the manager Millie said “well how are we supposed to know what was told either way you still have to pay “ . She was disgusting, accusatory , and combative . I will never book holiday inn again. I am a single mother I work HARD day in and day out and this is the one break I had with this being my graduation weekend and they completely ruined it and tried to make me pay 8 days prior PLUS the extra $40 for pay at property. I’m so utterly disappointed .
