We went to Penticton Best Western thinking this was a good hotel after I went to the Best Western Leduc and I had a great experience there. This Best Wester was not the same at all. We stayed 4 days, they didn’t clean the room any day or refresh towels. The prices included breakfast, but we couldn’t have it, because the restaurant was full. There was not place to sit, everyone was hoarding what ever was left to eat, and people was in pijamas like if it was their house. Very disturbing and disappointed. I will never stay in this hotel again in Penticton. Save your money and book something better.

If you get a room down stairs you won’t be able to sleep if upstairs don’t bother about the surroundings especially in the night. Checking experience is good. But female customer service is very poor. Breakfast is good. Never expected a motel to stay when booking with Best Western. You can’t find it from photos that it’s a motel when booking. All doors opened to out side. This motel has no interior space to go to front desk or breakfast area. What happened to Best Western? Have to be very careful when booking with Best Western hereafter.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The rooms are not clean. There was hair in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The floors were sticky. There was filth on the mirrored bedroom doors. We stayed for 4 nights. We were on the list to have a refresh on the 3rd day. No one refreshed the room. The kitchen sink was clogged. I called about it. They said they would send maintenance. When we returned to the room at the end of the day the sink had not been touched. The rooms are outdated. No USB charging ports. The TVs don't allow for streaming apps. The curtains are dirty with the hems hanging down. And the worst part us they still charge the same as newly renovated Best Westerns. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the night manager is a very nice gentleman and the motel itself is close the Second Cup coffee shop and the Barley Mill Pub. Both amazing places to visit. This will be our last time staying at this motel.

So I just came into this Best Western and was told that the front desk is currently not checking anyone in because he had completed his night audit. I have no words. I own a business in the oilfield that runs 24/7. I cannot imagine turning down work. That would be the start of the end but I am not in the hotel business. This review is weak. Not my greatest work, that's for sure. It's more of an FYI. Very bizarre. I do appreciate the honesty of the hotel front desk which is why I give it 2 stars instead of 1.

I have stayed here several times. The most recent stay was disappointing, for several reasons. First, the room charge is very high this time of year, for what you get. The hotel itself is very dated and run-down. Paint and trim peeling off, the bathroom sink had a big crack in it, poorly patched with some kind of yellow glue. The sliding patio doors are so old and stiff they are difficult to operate. The exterior stairs to the upper level feel sloped and unstable. In fact, two of the staircases in the back were boarded up. I found the beds too firm. One of the reasons we have chosen to stay here is for the included breakfast, which is quite good, although it closes down at 9:30, but is advertised on the outdoor sign and the room directories as available until 10:00. Staff are friendly and kind though. I'm not sure we will stay again, as the price doesn't match the quality here.
