Canceled mid billing cycle and am told that i will be charged for next cycle as well.

- CHCameron HoffAug 8, 20261.0I have never been so frustrated and disappointed with a provider as this second rate, sad, and inconsistent service. The first few months were fine, great speeds on video games, and no buffering on videos or movies. After having issues with my previous provider I thought I had found a great service, just to find out I had it way better than I thought. If you try to play online games, expect consistent packet loss throughout any time of day, expect videos and movies to buffer or drop resolution because astound forgot they had to provide service to your residence throughout the whole day. The staff at the Starwood location is the only good thing about this company, if this service wasn’t the only one provided for our complex, I would not be a customer. I have heard nothing but bad things about astound currently or from its former title WAVE. If I have not stressed it enough, I am NOT pleased with the product I pay 70$ for every month. This service makes me consider moving out of our wonderful complex it is so bad. If there is one other thing that is positive, it’s that I am going out and doing things outside of my home more often because this internet sucks so bad. I don’t even think I would take this service for free.
