- DYDestiny YatesMay 7, 20262.0The staff are super helpful, and I want emphasize this has NOTHING to do with anyone who works for the company but the Wi-fi itself is awful. We can barely run any online game without crashes and lagging. Strangely enough the first month we had it, it was great! Then after that it's been so spotty and inconsistent. We would move to Xfinity if we could, they just don't cover the area we are in! Please head my warning when I say the wi-fi itself , in my experience, has been the most dogwater, stinky, inconsistent wi-fi the market possibly has to offer. I'm confident that my iphone's hotspot would run my online games better, better yet probably a rock you could find in the parking lot would have better ping.

When I walked in Aliah asked if I was happy with my internet service and I replied “not at all”. She then said “let’s fix that” and boy did she! I left with upgraded equipment, much higher speed and data … all for less money than I had been paying. Honestly will never call the 800 number again as over the years they only charge me more every time I call with an issue.

They arrived right on time and were incredibly efficient, finishing the entire installation in my apartment in just 15 minutes. Even with the quick turnaround, they took the time to give me a detailed breakdown of my internet speeds and showed they really knew their stuff. It’s rare to find technicians who are that expert and professional while still being so fast. I really appreciate the high-quality work and would definitely recommend them.
