- TOtaylor oSep 28, 20261.0Astound goes out of its way to get as much money out of their costumers as much as possible. They consistently increase prices, charge you for services you are unable to use or dont need, and mislead costumers. Cherry on top, I canceled my subscription, and directly asked if I would owe anything additional, not wanting a suprise bill and was told I was in the clear, only to get another bill in the mail. I was then told I missed the billable cycle by a few days, and the refuse to prorated for the month I didn't use. 1 outof 10, would not bang.

Generally speaking their staff is actually pretty good, and knowledgeable, it’s just the quality of service the company is capable of providing on a whole is so poor it’s laughable. Consistent outages that can last days, and we lose connectivity several times a day, on a good day.
