- JHJill HamiltonMay 2, 20261.0One star is far too generous, but here goes: We have had Astound for over two years. We have been getting increases without notification. We went in after the two year mark when they increased with a notice,in January from $196.69 to $281.56, after complaining it went down to$198.13, then without notice in February went to $213.92 for February and March, then in April up to $223.86 again no notice. They give you a "break" then continue to increas with no prior notification. Poor business, lack of respect for customers. My next step is to go the the Washington State Attorney General with a complaint. On top of all this we have intermitten TV, when it completely blacks out then back again then out, with as much as hours without TV at various times. Looks like over promise of service with no commitment to maintain quality. I am contacting PUD for fiber connection to work with them to bring it in to our community. There are 36 homes in our neighborhood who are as outraged as we are. I hope if anyone is reading this they DO NOT GET 'SERVICE' from Astound!
