- SEStephen EarlJun 12, 20261.0Astound is the worst internet and cable tv provider I have ever experienced. There customer service, whether on the phone, on chat, or in a service center, is abysmal. The agents do not seem to know what they're doing or how they can help. Their internet and cable tv service experiences multiple outages without any help. Their typical response is "we'll send a technician," which usually takes days. A typical waiting on the phone with customer service is over an hour. They raise your bill without any notification. When there is a viable alternative in Port Townsend, WA, I'll switch as soon as I can.

- JSJamie StandleyMay 28, 20265.0Ian was the absolute best! If you are having issues with your bill, do not bother calling the 1-800 number. Go straight into the store. I went in today furious because customer service on the phone messed up my account, took off my unlimited data without my permission, and then refused to fix the resulting charges. (Been going on for several months) The gentleman (Ian) working the counter listened to my situation, and took care of me immediately. Not only did he fix the mistake, but he actually got me a cheaper monthly bill with faster internet. Go see the local crew, they actually care! 10/10 recommend seeing Ian for your needs.
