Can’t even toggle between two homes correctly or get equipment right or even make a real appt where a tech actually shows up instead of wasting our time. The only reason insanities because of the fact astound has a store location in La Conner. That’s where you meet Jolene and Jeri who kept me a customer and sorted a mess out. Keep up the great work and putting out fires you didn’t ignite.
