Technicians were great and recommended other providers to me. Hmmm? When I finally had to cancel they sent me my final bill for $100.84 and a week later a new customer deal for 60/m wirh little to no wifi. Goes out all the time and customer service for billing is little to none. Go with someone else.. thy will raise youe rate and the service is so so. I tried calling today and basically they said too bad. New customers get the rate and service is what it is.
