  We had an Internet outage at our home due to a lightning strike on our home from storms in the area. It was no problem reporting the outage and there was quick response from the repairman. The repairman was very courteous, efficient, and cordial. He quickly evaluated the problem and made the repair.

  Today the next link Repairman called and gave me a time that he would be here. Well he got here 15 minutes early, and he talked about the issue, then he went to work, he fixed the system and refused to come out of the heat. Extremely kind and very organized. His name is Calyb Farmer. Very impressive young man. I'm very satisfied with next link. And thanks Calyb for helping.

  Your representative came in I showed him we wanted the receiver placed. He took off with the install and was done in about an hour. We are very pleased.
