  Nextlink customer service is amazing!! Anytime we have had an issue they have gone above and beyond to fix the issue, and always in a very timely manner. I would recommend Nextlink internet to anyone.

  Michael showed great customer service and is clearly a professional who knows what he is doing. Answered all my questions, was observing safety protocols, and just did an all around great job on the install and service deployment. I hope we have an opportunity to work with him again. Also, Emily, my sales/account manager has been very helpful and capable to work with. She followed through 100% and we had productive calls and email exchanges in the process of answering questions, executing the service agreement, and arranging for the installation scheduling. I look forward to working with her.

  Both technicians, the one who serviced my problem over the phone and the one who came to the house, were very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.

  Internet is always going down. They give you a 4 hour time frame of when they can come out to help you. One time someone pulled up to the driveway didn’t even exit the vehicle and drove away. Had to make another appointment on a different day meaning another day of calling off work. I’m now currently on 2 days of no internet. The first day of no internet the app wasn’t working. Now day two I was able to reach customer service. Tomorrow will be day three of no internet. I have to call into work because they gave me a 1pm-5pm arrival time. Very upset with how everything has been handled. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Just a headache overall. Get anything but Nextlink unless you don’t work and have all the time in the world to wait around & love having bad internet service.
