  The install technician was absolutely great, showed up and got right to work and I was amazed at the short time that he had completed it. I almost immediately had some issues, but they were issues caused by me. I called a tech, and I could understand him, because he spoke perfect English, worked out my problem right away, I was stunned after having to deal with Optimum, they wanted me to cut down all the trees in the front of my house, the tech acted like he just really didn't want to do it anyway, so I told him he was trespassing and to get off of my property. Nextlink came out and a couple of hrs. later he had completed the job , new install, new equipment, new service and I was happy. Thank You Nextlink, for the great service and the personnel that can speak English.

  We had an Internet outage at our home due to a lightning strike on our home from storms in the area. It was no problem reporting the outage and there was quick response from the repairman. The repairman was very courteous, efficient, and cordial. He quickly evaluated the problem and made the repair.
