  Nextlink Tech.Named Michael came to my home on 4/15/26 to repair my nextlink equiptment.He was very friendly,olite and professional.He got righ to work.Explaine the problem and fix.He had things up and running in a very short time.

  If you come to my home uninvited and unwelcome to interrupt my evening, ignoring not one but two no soliciting signs I'm not buying whatever your selling. The nerve of this guy to think its a good idea to show up at 7:30 in the evening disrupting my family time for a sales pitch is baffling.

  Next link internet is by far the best customer service in an internet business that I've ever experienced to date. Today I had a tech named Jarrad "Sonny" Maryboy come to my home for a service call to repair a dish tower on my roof and reconnect my internet. He was great, efficient, and very professional. He was very patient and respectful making the appointment most pleasant. Nextlink is lucky to have Jarrad on their team. Very impressed with nextlink yet again
