  Hi I would say because of the speed of service, with the WiFi it self. And the easy fix, when they had to come out and fix it. It was under 5 minutes and he had it up and running again. And they really work with you on your bill if need be. Thank you! 5 stars!

  Joseph, the technichian that was sent to help was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and admirable. He gets 5 Stars and then some. And Doug, the the tech that helped me on the phone was also just as good. And above all the short amount of time the whole prossess took was phenomenal.

  Marlon Martinez with Nextlink did an outstanding job on a recall visit to correct an internet cable that had been left highly visible on my roof by a previous technician. The exposed cable was unsightly and created an HOA compliance concern. Marlon immediately identified the issue, explained a solution, and completed the work efficiently. He rerouted the cable so it blended with the aesthetics of the roof, checked my internet speeds, and even had me inspect the completed work before he left to ensure I was satisfied. He also installed a box that will make future cable replacements much easier. Professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Great job, Marlon!

  Love the speed just can’t seem to understand why the guy didn’t bury the cable since that’s what he said he was here for but left without doing it and not connected back with me! The installation was great overall
