Months later, collections is still trying to collect and Vyve wont respond. Their internet is unreliable and we were constantly having outages which is one of the reasons we canceled.

Moving to the next provider in the morning, worst feeling getting home from work want to chill online with friends but you can’t because this company provides awful service. They refuse to credit my account, I’m paying for internet while I’m at work but don’t get to use it when I’m home like what kind of company is this.
