  Jesus was very professional and polite. He was a fill in for another installer who didn't make it. Jesus came from approx 3 1/2 hours away to do my install. I greatly appreciate him.

  Your technician, Jerome, was the nicest and most knowledgeable rep any company could hope to have. He went out of his way and located a wiring problem I think others would have ignored. He kept us in the loop the whole time. I'm a retired network engineer and I know how hard it is to find someone with the necessary technical skills and people skills at the same time. Don't lose him, he's great!

  Nextlink came out to do an upgrade to my equipment today. The tech let me know he was on the way. He explained what he was doing and it didn't take him very long to finish the job. He was very polite too.
