  My technician ( Waldo Rivera ) was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me throughout the process. He didn’t rush the job, completed a very thorough installation, and made sure everything was done correctly. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend him.

  Juan did a great job with the indoor installation (Ticket #486721). However, I cannot say the same about the other technician who came the previous day and buried the wires on the wrong side of the house. Thankfully, thanks to Juan’s attention to detail and care, we were able to have the internet installed on the correct side of the house. Unfortunately, the new wires are still above ground.
