Disconnection date is 5/1/26, but was told because of my billing cycle you wont be able to disconnect till 5/27/26. How are you going to charge me for a service i am not using anymore, regardless of a bill cycle. I pay for what i use, but i don't believe in paying for something i am not using. I do not believe that is a good practice on your company behalf. I have been a faithful customer to be treated like this.
