- KWkenda Wright5 days ago1.0I've been having my internet dropping offline since I started on June 3rd.\n And it's out again on July 4th and it been out. And it's July 5th, and I still aint got no internet, I don't just use my internet just to watch TV my son goes to school. And I've been in heaven problems since the beginning of June since I got to San head.This is a problem, and you expect for me to pay my bill on time.But you can't give me no good service.I am switching back to spectrum
- DBDennis BJun 29, 20261.0Impossible to cancel when moving, if you don't know your security questions. Have all other info, can log into my account, they claim you can change your security questions on the login portal, you can not. Both physical locations are 40 minutes away from me, so even though I can change my password online, and have full access to my bills, they are unable to verify me due to a security question I must have mistyped when putting in the answer. So we get to make a fun drive to do something that absolutely should be available online through the login and billing portal.
