    Astound we were good till the end. I called CS to disconnect my service because i am moving. Disconnection date is 5/1/26, but was told because of my billing cycle you wont be able to disconnect till 5/27/26. How are you going to charge me for a service i am not using anymore, regardless of a bill cycle. I pay for what i use, but i don't believe in paying for something i am not using. I do not believe that is a good practice on your company behalf. I have been a faithful customer to be treated like this.

    This company sucks are service has been down for 6 days they keeping sending a tech out but the tech can't fix the issue we need a new fiber line installed they are taking there sweet time doing nothing half my black is out I would give this damn company a 0 if I could I am tired and frustrated with this damn company get your crap together.

He took the time to completely redo my internet setup and made sure everything was working perfectly before My connection is now faster and more reliable than it was before, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the quality of service and attention to detail definitely recommend!
