They’re saying I owe 277 when it was just one month that they didn’t get. It didn’t make sense at all they were also stating that I had a balance when they had tried to pull this previously I paid everything off .Also my bank said they never even attempted to take out on there end . I saw previous reviews and I can say this is probably a scam.

The problem was no one had any answers , I would talk with our office and they didn’t have any answers told to call the representative for this complex Charlie , was also told by others that they did try talking with him and he told them to ask the office ! This was extremely frustrating cause he is our representative and should have known exactly what to do ! so far Astound has been good and then this , felt really lost , so I went to the Astound office and spoke with Geneva she got my information/ number and she herself called someone ,I believe she left a message and told me she would follow up, and she did call me back after her learning what to do . This was impressive. Going that extra mile !! Just wanna say Thank You for her and her amazing customer service
