    I e went through three motems they will never give you a new Wi-Fi box no matter how much you pay and the Wi-Fi goes in and out

    We had a lightening issue that took out our equipment and service. We were taken care of promptly and courteously by local technician Jimmy Hall. He took care of our line and made sure our new equipment was put on file, etc. he was efficient and knowledgeable.
