What if she has an emergency and this crap phone service is restarting for the 20th time that day and her phone don’t work. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Then after trying to get rid of this place and going to a new company I find out that I can’t. The senior complex can ONLY use Vyve. So my 91 year old grandmother is being charged $143 per month for extremely basic cable and a crap phone service that never works. These seniors are being horribly taken advantage of.

Also said initial job outside was the worst he had seen. Crew scheduled to fix problem outside by 7:00pm. It’s 9:15pm, crew no show and internet still out. Looking for new company now.
