- JCJonathon CondrenJul 3, 20261.0Avoid this company at all cost or it WILL cost. They do not go off usage to verify not using services anymore. They will ONLY take a 30 minute phone call you have to initiate in order to not be charged. We moved out of a previous place where we used Astound over a month ago and I’m still being charged. The app doesn’t show the correct date place, customer service is terrible and they simply make it very difficult to disconnect. There wasn’t even power at the previous place for a whole Month and yet still I get charged. Lol make it make sense.
