He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and even answered all my questions without rushing. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Definitely top notch service, highly recommend Edgar if you want things done right!

Cancelled my service due to a move and it took them over 2 weeks to send me an email about where to return my equipment. Of course, I had already moved out and no longer had access to my previous apartment. Now they want to charge me 300$ due to inefficiencies in their own processes. I absolutely loved the Internet service and had virtually no problems in my 3 years as a customer but between them randomly adding HBO Max on my bill and this equipment return issue, I'm not sure I will ever return as a customer.
