Dillion Boring was the Technician who came out this morning. He was very professional, personable as well as knowledgeable which is hard to find all these qualities in someone these days. The service technician was great! Diagnosed the problem quickly, got it fixed, and saved me a few dollars per month, too! Thank you, Brandon! Customer service could still use some help, though. Had to get a supervisor involved to get a decent service appointment. I work from home so waiting a week was not an option.

I don’t recommend this place! A unprofessional Tech came out the First time and was rude and rushed off! Even tho my appointment time was 1pm to 5pm. So I missed hrs from work by rushing home for nothing. After I called in and spoke to customer service and I asked them do not… send this Tech back out again. And they sent him back out again. Nothing ever got done! The problem the tech said is I have to many Trees.This same Tech told me he needs to be done quick. Lazy and very very bad Service, can you imagine how He Treats the Customers that don’t Speak up. Ridiculous!!!

Ricky, van #808, did an install for us in Zephyr, TX. He was fantastic in every aspect of his job. His friendliness, technical proficiency, attitude and attention to detail was outstanding. I’m really disappointed so far. Which is unfortunate to say because all the employees I interacted with are genuinely nice and professional in my opinion. My issue is overall with the company itself and the seemingly lack of care for customer’s time. We’ve had next link before at a previous residence so we’re not new to next link. However, at our current residence, they just recently offered fiber optic as a Competitor option two spectrum which up until this point was our only option here. I was happy to call and get signed over however they had issues finding the equipment in ground. They scheduled at least four different entities to come out and finally find what they need to find. They eventually added a box and then just stopped. It took at least a month to get to the point where they had an accessible box in our yard. Which I was patient and I still would like to get the service install installed, but it seems like all the neighbors around me are getting their services installed even though we were the ones that had to have Multiple calls lots of construction done many hours of next link affiliates here working on things only to have our next-door neighbor get Internet installed before us. We’re sitting here still waiting for someone to come install our Internet and we’re the ones that told everyone in the neighborhood about it. So all of our neighbors are getting this Internet installed and yet we’re here still with no next link Internet set up I’m not really sure how Bill Baker likes to run his company, but that doesn’t seem like a very successful model. The people that want to get Internet and recommend your Internet to others are the ones who are getting messed around a bunch. I absolutely never write Google reviews and I don’t like to do this because I generally and kind and patient but now it’s been over a month. I still have no service and nobody setting up service for us, but I’m glad that all of our neighbors around us are getting service calls set up.

What the business owner said below is a lot of fluff and says nothing about our situation. I know exactly why each individual came out to my house and on one occasion they came out and sat there and did nothing because they were told that we’re not allowed to do anything because they were waiting to see if they needed to go to another location to do work. So whoever dispatches them out allowed them to sit and do absolutely nothing for hours. I’ve talked to every single person that has come out here. I know exactly why they were out here. What was found what was done and what was not done. As far as not being able to find a work order under my name, it’s under my husband’s name, but my name is on file so you should be able to find it. As of today, we still do not have service and have seen them out to our neighborhood multiple times. I would also like to let you know that my husband is the builder of our neighborhood. You might want to keep that in mind when it comes to us recommending nextlink to our neighbors. We never recommended it because of his work position we always recommended it because we truly believed it was a better service than the only option we had to begin with. I believe once the service is actually installed it will be a better service. The trouble is actually getting our service set up despite being well over a month out now. There is no excuse. The lines had already previously been laid out during the developer stage so they’re here and they’re underground. There were a few boxes that were needed to be added, and that has been added. There is no reason that service should not be provided at this point.
