    My fiancé and I just moved into a new built home. We called this Company to get WiFi installed into our home because it was the best provider for our area. My Fiancé also has a stay at home job that requires WiFi. They made us a priority customer after calling which was awesome and came out 2 days later on Monday June 29th. The technician installed all of our equipment and after spending 2 hours at our home to run all the cables, then tells us there is a new problem with our fiber box outside filled with water. Technician told us there will be a specialist to come out and fix the problem the same day. Well the Technician never showed up to the house to fix the problem and it is now Friday July 3rd. We called every single day to ask when the technician was going to show up and every time the response was “the technician should be out there today and give you a call when he is on the way”. We got the same response on 3 phone calls a day for a week straight. This is poor communication and we have been without WiFi for a week and my Fiancé has a work form home job that requires us to have it… This is not acceptable. We should not be told the Technician is gonna show up everyday and they don’t…. We got a call today from the office lady and says “I’m calling to schedule y’all an appointment to finish setting up your WiFi. The earliest appointment is Thursday”. So another week….

    This is the insulation you get when signing up with Nexlink. Also I guess the last tenants that were here had Nextlink and ot ended badly because the installer basically accused my son of having the internet before which is extremely rude! He told him if he was the one who had Nexlink before he would not get any better internet than they were getting. What a wierd thing to say to someone. So his internet is going to be bad because someone else at the house had them before? He also told him whoever hooked up the last peopkes internet installed it wrong. Thats concerning as well. So now we have issues with the internet and im guessing either its because they are booging it down because of the accusation or maybe the internet is just very bad. Either way he made a huge mess look at pictures. The install was done horribly amd looks terrible. Not sure what the landlord will say when he sees what the guy did to his house. Also cut a wire outside that we still are not sure what it goes to. Lights have been flickering off a lot since. Also in photos the wires he cut were left all over the floor where the animals could have gotten to and that would have also ended badly. Not a good start for new customer and we will be finding internet somewhere else soon.

    Wow! Paige from sales provided good ole fashion customer service! I went as far to ask how to leave a good report for her and where to report it at. My internet had been degrading but I put off calling for fear of being charged for failing equipment. After speaking with a tech and setting up a service call he transferred me to sales and said to explain the situation. Paige is sending installers on the same day the techs are coming AND reduced my monthly bill to make up for the loss of speed in my internet that I had continued to pay for all this time. 1st I commend the company for enabling their sales people to make common sense customer satisfaction decisions. 2nd Paige has mastered the dying art of taking care of customers! To ensure Paige gets recognized and express my satisfaction I’m writing Paige’s name as many times as I can in hopes whatever algorithm the company uses to see my review gets Paige the recognition she deserves! PAIGE! lol Full disclosure I am in no way affiliated, obligated, receiving compensation, or know any employee of the Company. Simply a happy customer and as long as I receive the internet I pay for I will be a customer for as long as it’s provided to me! THANK YOU TO PAIGE AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO ASSISTED ME FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT! The expected long call with tech support for once in my life was definitely a fantastic experience! PAIGE

    Thank you, Laquin Cabines, for the outstanding service! I have had several Nextlink technicians come out in the past, but Laquin was the first one to identify that part of my installation had not been done correctly, which was causing my internet to be much slower than it should have been. He took the time to explain the issue, fixed it properly, and made sure everything was working as it should before leaving. Laquin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved. My internet is now running much better thanks to his attention to detail and expertise. I truly appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone needing Nextlink service.

    Edited to add since I can’t respond to replies. your team members stated they could see we obviously didn’t have service for 2 weeks so either way I WASNT paying for service I didn’t have…. AND the reason I was originally calling was to go ahead and pay my past due because it was for the month prior. I asked if the next months bill would be cheaper since we didn’t have service for half the month to which she said NO. Funny how you want to come on here and talk about my past due balance like that has any issues with me being out of service for 2 weeks. I also find it funny that after I posted this review a loyalty member contacted me and not only compt my past due bill but has someone coming out first thing in the morning to restore service. Very unprofessional to try and save face by blaming a customer. You be sure and have the day you deserve.♥️ We were without internet service for nearly two weeks after outside lines were damaged. Despite being unable to use the service during that time, the company refused to provide any billing credit or discount because they said they didn’t have proper documentation EVEN THOUGH they can see we didn’t have service during that time. When I learned I would still be charged the full amount, I canceled the scheduled repair appointment and switched providers. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability for an extended outage.
