  Technician was very nice. They did some trouble shooting and the fix was perfect. Upgraded all equipment and placement was able to remain in the same location as it was. I told him he did so well that I would let you know he needs a raise. Thanks!

  Our internet speed had slowed appreciatively. A service man came out within 48 hours and fixed our problem in a very friendly and knowledgeably manner.

  A delivery truck took down our internet service, along with the electricity. Chad was there to hook up our internet. He kept us informed as we had to wait for the electricity to be restored. He was courteous and friendly. Once the power was back, he got our internet restored quickly. Good job, Chad!
