  Outstanding Tech Support from Will at Nextlink! ​I am writing this review to make sure credit is given exactly where it is due. After experiencing frustrating internet issues last night, I called back today and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Will in the tech support department of the call center. While the representative I spoke with the previous night couldn't resolve the issue, Will stepped in today and completely turned the experience around. ​Will is the absolute definition of a gentleman and a scholar. From the moment he took my call, he was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to the issues I was having. He took a significant amount of time to dig deep into our account and system configuration, thoroughly analyzing everything to find the root of the problem. His diligence paid off, and his technical expertise successfully optimized our setup, significantly speeding up our internet. ​Beyond being exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled at his job, he is just a genuinely good guy. While he was working hard in the background to resolve the technical issues, we found some common ground and shared a fantastic conversation. He made the entire troubleshooting process seamless and enjoyable. Nextlink is incredibly lucky to have someone of his caliber representing their tech support team.
