  The customer service is really top notch. When we have had issues, they always try to resolve them quickly. Their technology has improved and a technician came out today to upgrade my hardware and connect me to a new tower. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained that with the updated equipment we can get a higher speed package. He explained how to do that but there was zero pressure.

  The Tech was a great person and very professional. Although part of his equipment was not working and there was a disconnect on the part of the sales ladies, he managed to get me everything I needed and answered all my questions without hesitation.

  This is the only fiber provider in our area and it is absolute trash. I've never experience so many internet issues ever. Dial up was more consistent. The internet is constantly out. If it's not an area outage its something with my system. I've had numerous techs to the house, tons of emails with tech support, and multiple phone calls with tech support. As soon as you think you can count on the internet it goes out again. I've always used their supplied equipment. Initially was Nokia which I later learned they don't issue anymore so had to press for the Eero equipment they use now. Service was always way below the 2gig plan I pay for. Every tech that came out spoke about how awful of a company it is to work for and you could just tell they were miserable. Most recent visit revealed that their techs didn't make a solid connection with the outdoor wire into the house and then one of the channels in the brand new router was out. Both were fixed and I most recently have had about 2-3 weeks of great internet. This morning it's been out for over 6 hours. Emailing with tech support they say a system outage, but their website says all is fine in our area. I asked for a reduction in my bill and it has gone unanswered. Being someone that works from home and needs high speed internet to do so this service has cost me clients, dropped off during presentations, zoom meetings and even phone calls with our voip phone system. Sadly they have a monopoly on the fiber internet here (Eagle Mountain Lake area), but there are rumors that AT&T fiber is coming and myself and many of my neighbors will be immediately switching.

  Zane was on time, very pleasant and friendly, installation was quick, seamless, well explained, cleaned up any mess from installation. Also gave help information for any future needs.
