As a content creator/streamer that uses my platform as a source of income to take care of myself and my elderly 81 year old father. I pay for the gig package and I'm getting 25mps to 600mbps at the max. There are constant outages in my area and when the technicians show up they just take readings and leave telling me it's a maintenance issue. Well it's been a year with this "maintenance issue" and I've lost around 6-10K in sponsorships because I can't stream. I get constant excuses and cutting the bill isn't good enough when I'm loosing more money than $15 worthless dollars off my bill. Had to call again tonight because it was so bad and welp another tech is coming. If this isn't fixed by the time the tech leaves my house I will be cancelling my service and even consider legal action for false advertising and revenue loss caused by this company.
