  I want to recognize Adrean Buckley for providing outstanding service during our Nextlink installation. As someone who owns an IT, internet, and VoIP company, I work with technicians on a regular basis and have high expectations. Adrean exceeded every one of them. He called ahead to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, was professional, respectful, and easy to talk with. Throughout the entire installation, he explained what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. The part that stood out the most was his honesty and expertise. We originally ordered the 800 Mbps service, but after testing the available towers, he explained that while another tower might show higher speeds, he didn't feel it would provide the stable connection we needed. Instead, he recommended the more reliable tower, which is delivering over 400 Mbps consistently. Rather than chasing a bigger speed number, he focused on providing the best overall experience and long-term reliability. He also worked hard to find the best installation location and made adjustments based on where we wanted the equipment installed, never taking shortcuts and always explaining the pros and cons of each option. In today's world, it's rare to find a technician who combines technical knowledge, honesty, professionalism, and great customer service the way Adrean does. He is a tremendous asset to Nextlink, and I hope his management recognizes the quality of his work. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you, Adrean, for an excellent installation and an outstanding customer experience.

  The young man that came out, don't remember his name, but he was so pleasant & patient. Did good work, quickly! And then, he said the line would be buried within a week, & it was! Nicely, too!
