  I had originally cancelled the appointment, even though we waited almost a week, but then I started with connections issues again. I called Nextlink, and the CSR was so helpful, and was able to get me the same date I had previously had before cancelling. The technician that came out to our home was so professional. He made contact before arriving to let me know he was in route, and he showed up on time. It was great experience from the first call all the way through. I know I've been receiving a lot of messages regarding Starlink, but I will stick with Nextlink! Great customer service goes a long way with me!

  Rarely am I as pleased with a service call as I was with Myron. He did a FANTASTIC job setting up my internet, and he was one of the nicest, friendliest people I have met. He knew his stuff and delivered way more than I expected, even though it was a difficult location. I'm using my new, FAST internet service to respond to this survey, and I couldn't be more pleased. First class all the way, and even my wife agrees... and she's the tough cookie. We wish Myron great success with his job and his aspirations!

  My service technician was great and went above and beyond. We thought everything was working, but then discovered some of the components were bad, including the wires that were running to the outside of the house. The tech was patient and worked to run new wire through my attic. I am happy with the results.

  It took a week for our line to be redone and it shouldn’t have taken that long.
