  Marcus was exactly on time, very courteous and super quick and efficient. He had everything done and neatly installed and our system up and running quickly. New router, mesh installed and roof receiver checked.

  They had to work me in to fix the receiver on top of the house, I work from home and have to have service . And it had gotten really slow and the first service person said it was partly due to the old reciever! He put a new one on and then also upgraded the Router, . they were very nice and got me hooked up pretty fast and only missed about 2 hours of work time, Better than driving to Ft Worth,

  EDIT NOTE: It looks like I cannot response to the response below. This statement is untrue. I have sent a previous email. And had multiple phone calls this past week trying to get someone out here. Please double check your systems. I do not appreciate the inaccurate information in your response. I was told over the phone that my internet was not operating and they didn't know why. This was during my 3rd call. I was told today that I will not have someone out here tomorrow. This took a lot of effort to get someone out here. I understand you have a business to defend, I just ask that it's accurate. A simple we are sorry, we messed up goes a long way. I have been a Nextlink customer for about a year, and the service has been consistently unacceptable. I pay for a 200 Mbps plan, but for the first ten months, I only received 20 to 30 Mbps. Over the last two months, my download speeds have dropped to an average of 6 Mbps, making it impossible to complete my work.I currently have an open support ticket and have spoken to four different representatives. While I was told the issue is being escalated to get a technician out sooner, I am still being told that no one knows when that will be, with the standard schedule pushed out until next week. I am paying full price but receiving a fraction of the service. I am asking someone in management to please get involved. I am completely out of patience. I need working internet at the speeds I am paying for and some kind of discount or refund. I truly do not want to go through all the trouble to switch to Starlink but you guys are at the point of leaving me no choice.
