I missed the new billing cycle by 2 days and they told me that they would disconnect my services but I still had to pay 110 for the next month! I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau! I am not paying a month of services I am not receiving!! Went Astound. 45 a month for life with Auto pay! Alexis was great! Answered all our questions and got a technician out the next day to connect us! I will recommend them to everyone!
- RBRiley BushJun 6, 20261.0We signed on for their 1.5gb down & $300 gift card deal. They sent the equipment out within a couple days, but it did not work upon installation. I was informed that I would be working at 9AM the next morning, it was not. I reached back out to them 3 days later and they confirmed that they could not see the modem. I sent pictures to verify connection. Astound indicated that they would need to send a technician out to get the equipment working. Unfortunately it was going to take them until Monday (today is Friday), to come out. Additionally it would cost $30 for them to do so, which is my biggest issue. To be clear, the service has never worked, and we just onboarded as a new customer. I requested to have the fee waived because this is the initial setup and they said there was no other option. I am very unhappy with Astound’s customer service. We will be going straight back to Spectrum Internet.

The cost is only $20 to start, and all of the equipment was free. Once it gets delivered in a few days, we'll be canceling our Astound internet service. I'm so excited for our new internet provider and can't wait to cancel Astound. We'll probably throw a party and have a BBQ to celebrate the occasion! 🎉🍔🌭
