    Ok service but the process to close an account is terrible and they try and charge you for your equipment without giving a good way of returning the products. I know that it’s a holiday weekend and I called their corporate line to make sure they were open and they assured me that they were only to arrive and find a poster saying they were closed

    We have been using Astound for a little over a year now, and I can easily say it’s the fastest internet we’ve ever had! My partner and I can use our phones and both gaming PCs with little to no interruptions. We had an issue when technicians from Google Fiber came to our apartment to install their hardware and disconnected us from our internet. We called Astound for help and they sent a technician out here within 1.5 hours. Ola assisted us today, and he was polite, quick, and got us back online! Astound’s quick service, polite technicians, fair pricing, and speedy internet has made us customers for life.

    I hate leaving negative reviews but this has been the worst experience. We had them for four years and Internet was always spotty. Their only solution was to increase speed which always increased my bill. Ultimately I was paying $150/mo for internet that was still spotty. When I called customer service to cancel service they always said they would lower my bill would be $40 but then charge my card $150 or $90. Never trust what they tell you over the phone. They took advantage of us and I'm still getting billed even after I cancelled.

    Bad experience setting up my account. You can’t set up your online account (to set up autopay and view your plan details, statement, etc) without a PIN number. I was not provided with a PIN initially. Customer service phone has been unreachable every time I’ve called. They don’t respond to email either. When I finally reached someone on their online chat, they told me I wouldn’t receive a PIN until I received my first bill. I asked when that would be and they said “I don’t know, but it will arrive via email.” This is odd. Well, I received my first “bill” email and guess what? No PIN. It wasn’t itemized either. I called their customer service line. Didn’t even ring. So I reached out to chat again and it was a whole thing trying to get this elusive PIN number. Finally I was able to set up my online account. The internet itself is so so. I dont find this to be a very professional company

    Before it became Astound, Grande, was a spectatular company with reliable services and amazing local support. From the day it became Astound. Those qualities were slowly eroded into the pitiful resemblance of its former self. I work from home and I am on week 7 of daily outages for my internet and TV. Sometimes they last a few hours sometimes they last a few days. Repeated tech support escalations with now foreign based tech support with considerable dialect barriers has yielded no resolution, no follow ups as promised and no fixing the problem. Its beyond ridiculous, when asking to speak to a supervisor I'm told they are busy and will call me back, well guess what that never happens (every single time) So here I sit yet again at a coffee shop finishing my work for the day (now a daily routine when the outage occurs) Please check any 5 star reviews because theyre probably either fake or older Grande reviews. I didn't think a company could get worse than Spectrum, but theyre Astoundlingly terrible at cable and internet service.
