    Landon and Ola provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient while setting everything up. They took the time to explain the process clearly, made sure everything was working perfectly, and created a genuinely smooth and stress-free experience. Their attention to detail and customer service went above and beyond. Highly recommend both of them to anyone looking for top-tier service.

    I had a sudden loss of internet that could have easily cost me a full workday, but Landon and Ola were outstanding. They arrived within about an hour of my call to Astound (dispatched by Jessica), quickly diagnosed the root cause, and had my internet back up much faster than I expected. The problem turned out to be a weak signal from a disconnected component in the building’s telecom room, which was not something I could have accessed or fixed myself. Their expertise and attention to detail were impressive. They explained that the signal strength was extremely weak at first (-35 dBm), and improved it to a usable level (-25 dBm) once the main issue was fixed. Even though the internet was already working at that point, Landon went the extra mile and further optimized the signal (-15 dBm), which he explained is the desirable range. In plain English: they didn’t just get it working; they made sure the connection was strong and stable. Both of them were polite, cheerful, and clearly professional. They explained what was going on clearly, showed me how to wire my eero router directly to my PC for Ethernet access, and made the whole experience easy. Landon also gave me his cell number and said I could call or text him directly if I had another issue so I would not be stuck waiting more than 24 hours for service. That is genuinely above and beyond. Honestly, they were probably the best service technicians I’ve ever dealt with. They were great guys, clearly experts, and you could tell they were not just in it for a good review. They took pride in their work and cared about getting the job done right. Excellent service from start to finish. 10/10.

    Ola and Landon are professional and respectful gentlemen that came to troubleshoot my WiFi at my apartment. They even waited 25 minutes for me to leave my office and meet them at my apartment so I could grant them access. They set a clear expectation on the time duration that it would take to resolve the problem, and they were correct. I noticed they were quick to address the issue and did not linger or cause me to be absent from work for any longer than needed. I would recommend Landon and Ola to anyone needing assistance with their service and will retain their phone number to reach out to them directly in the future.

    Extremely poor service! Mutiple issues with this provider. 1) No one on the customer care line speaks fluent English so it’s extremely hard to understand them or for them to solve any issues, then they get frustrated & upset with you when you can’t understand them 2) They don’t communicate with you about service updates or anything regarding your plan. They sent out 2 technicians one 2 different occasions (Amadou Dieng & Musa the second time) both technicians were unable to complete my installation because of difficulties with the near by towers.. I was told that someone would come back and try to do repairs.. fast forward, it has been about 4 days and no one has reached out to me, give me an update or even attempted to keep their word and come back to install my internet/cable.. 3) I sat there and watched both technicians play videos on their phones of how to do installs, so that further more proves that Astound just hires anyone and does not care about their customers! Neither tech was familiar with any wiring or how to do installations. And LASTLY the technicians just arrive in their regular cars, no label/signs to show who they are, also no uniform. I tried to give this company a chance but after constant failures, disappointments and no updates on my installation after being nearing a WEEK without wifi, cable/internet I will be switching over to Spectrum.. Waaay less of a headache!

    had this god awful internet service for 4 days now, and it keeps disconnecting every 3 minutes. ( it disconnected about 5 times while writing this review). i reset the router, unplugged the Ethernet cable from both my pc and the router, and its getting so infuriating I'm about to through the router out the window cause I'm getting real sick of it ( I wrote this review almost 6 years ago i deleted it and reposted it, and I just wanted to say that nothing has changed and it's still absolutely terrible. If i didn't have to use this ISP because that's all my apartment has access to i would of switched years ago. I might start looking for a new apartment complex just to get away from this terrible service, and i love my complex. if I could i would give this review -5/5 stars for service quality. if I am looking at a different apartment complex and Astound is the only ISP available, it an Instant deal breaker.)
