  Terrible internet service provider. Multiple issues with connectivity. We've called techs to our home on 3 separate occasions due to irreparable issues, one of which being faulty wiring which we were still charged for! Called support to schedule a tech visit, told we would be contacted by a tech between 1 and 5 pm of the same day, cleared our schedules, to accommodate and surprise- NO ONE SHOWED UP OR EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT US. Of course this fell on labor day weekend, so I am certain we will be ignored until the following Tuesday. Cannot recommend anyone to use astound as their internet service provider as they actively lie to their customers.

  I’ve been trying to get stable internet at my apartment complex for a month, and dealing with Astound Broadband has been incredibly frustrating. I've had three different technicians come out within a 30-day window, and the service has been shockingly sloppy. Total Misdiagnosis: All three technicians completely misdiagnosed the actual issue. Zero Communication: There is absolutely no internal communication at this company. The technicians clearly didn't share notes, check history, or talk to one another about the previous visits. No Follow-Through: Worst of all, they failed to submit any of the necessary work orders to actually advance the repair. Because of their sheer disorganization, I’ve been left waiting a full month just to get a basic service fix. If you rely on a stable internet connection, I highly recommend looking for another provider in the area. The customer service is terrible, and their repair process is entirely broken.

  Pésima experiencia con el servicio de atención al cliente. Desde el viernes estoy esperando el servicio de internet por una mudanza dentro del mismo condominio en Austin Ya han pasado 6 días y todavía no tengo servicio. He llamado más de 7 veces y cada representante me da una información diferente. Nadie parece tener claro qué está sucediendo ni cómo solucionarlo. Es inaceptable esperar casi una semana por un servicio tan básico, especialmente por una mudanza dentro del mismo condominio. Pésima atención, falta de coordinación y cero soluciones.

  I called and talked to 3 different people and only Allan was able to help me cancel my service. It took 2-3 weeks to get this resolved and only due to Allan. He was the only one smart enough to use my pin along with one of my security questions to cancel my service. No other employee before him thought of that solution and because I couldn’t remember my favorite movie you guys beat me around the bush for 2 to 3 weeks - give Alan a raise. He was professional quick and he’s the only reason you guys are even getting four stars. Unhappy customer please turn up your employees to be like Allan.
