  Do not use them. If there is literally any other option, use the other option instead. I experienced the absolute worst customer service that I have ever encountered from just trying to get it installed. The technician did not bring the correct gear, the requested service was incorrect on the work order, and I had to call customer service 4 times while the technician was there to attempt to get anything done. After all that, the technician told me that he was going to his truck to check to see if he could get the correct gear, left without saying anything to me, and then I received an email that my install had been rescheduled for 3 weeks later. 1) I took off work to meet the technician at my house at the prescribed date and time to have my home internet installed only for the technician to not bring the correct gear and customer service to do nothing about it. 2) Now I have to incur an additional month of my prior internet service because the technician, customer service, amd from what I have seen company as a whole is incompetent. Save yourself a huge headache and go with a different company.

  Alex was prompt, professional, nice, a good communicator and helpful. Alex identified the issues we had and got to work immediately. He completed his work in a timely manner and was very helpful with showing me the new APP for my newly installed equipment. He is an asset to your company.
