I was very involved in JLB's process of designing and creating our current website. The owner, Ken, had to do a little extra work to help us get all of our files from the other company. He helped so much and never made it seem like a burden. Lauren is who I communicate with primarily now that our new site is up and running. Every time I have a question or want to change something she does it quickly and just the way I requested. She is always so friendly! Our website is exactly what we had in mind. It functions the way we want it to as well. We were very particular about customer experience on our site (desktop and mobile) and JLB understood. I really appreciate the fact that these guys are just one call away. We had one hiccup a while back with our domain name (turns out the old company didn't transfer everything) and Ken Royer personally kept in constant contact with me until the issue was solved. It means a lot to me that as the owner he still keeps such a personal relationship with his customers. We have definitely found the right company this time!
