- JJJ5 days ago1.015 people waiting in line, the ticket kiosk is broken, I asked if we could have a sign in sheet as people keep walking in and it would ensure people are taken care of in the order they came in, the woman refused and told me to be patient, I said I am patient, I just want to make sure people are served in the order they came in, she ignored this reasonable request and repeated just be patient. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??? South County Store

Four guys sitting there and only one with a customer. If looks could kill I'd be a goner. Watches me walk in and waits for me to walk up to the counter and just points. No greeting. Waits for me to go back sign in and then sit down. Then calls me up. No greeting. No thank you when I leave. Just pure misery lol! You know how to pick em Spectrum. I would go out of my way to avoid this store and find a different one. Insulting experience to say the least.

Refuse to give me a bill credit for moving into my new house and having to hook up from the pole to my house. Like its my responsibility to pay him for something they did. Wouldn't recommend. Verizon pricelocks for the same price.
