    Walked in to store directly, to return my equipment. An older gentleman came in after me and asked for assistance with paying a bill. He obviously was confused. The persons (2 of them) he approached were helping 1 customers or just have a sales conversation. They pointed him to the IPad to sign in. He didn't know where/what/how to do it. This was apparent. So I helped him. I even let him go ahead of me. The point of this review the company has become dehumanize. There's no friendly greetings, if your not purchasing anything they care not how they interact with you. COX DO BETTER: PUT THE HUMAN TOUCH BACK INTO YOUR COMPANY. and this is just the smallest part of my complaints. 2stars is because how the gentleman help Walter.

Instead of treating the interaction like a routine call, he actually listened, understood the situation, and resolved everything efficiently without unnecessary back-and-forth. What impressed me most was his ownership of the situation. Irvin didn’t pass the issue around, didn’t give vague answers, and didn’t rush the conversation. He made sure the service details were clear, the account information was correct, and that everything was fully handled before the interaction ended. That level of service reflects extremely well on Cox as a company, because employees like Irvin are the ones who actually represent the brand to customers. If corporate leadership reviews customer feedback, this is exactly the kind of employee who deserves recognition. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and solution-oriented. Irvin set the standard for what customer service should look like. Cox is fortunate to have someone like him representing the company.

    There was a power outage with Cox Cable in my area. I called the number on my TV screen for repair. They stated it would be up back on line by noontime. For some reason, my system didn't reboot. They sent a technician the following morning to assist. Jim came out to the residence on time ready to get us back on line. Very professional and respectful of the property. I am elderly and was here alone. Jim assured me he would find the problem in a reasonable time frame. We've been in this house 25yrs so the cable connectors were old technology. He assisted with the guy on the bucket truck and got us back on line. Jim, Thank You for a job well done and your 5 Star Service. A customer here from day one. Thanks once again!

    Will only help you if you want to sign up for something or upgrade something. If you need any help with anything other than a purchase they are completely useless for anything customer service related. They will tell you they are separate from their own customer care and cant help with anything.
