I came in on a mission to cancel cable and anticipate there being an issue, so I was already ready to be unpleasant. I returned 5 cable boxes w/ wires and 1 got mixed up with the wires and was overlooked. Which Whab apologized for not seeing. I being very condescending and rude. He kept his composure and was pleasant to deal with, even though I was unpleasant at the beginning. I normally do not have a great experience with Cox in general. So I was anticipating a difficult and frustrating process. I was ready to cancel everything, including the my business account and switch to anyone else, the longer I was there. But Not Today. Whab (Again, I apologize for not getting your name correct), made it a good experience and I'm sorry I was rude. Keep him around. You have me for a bit longer because of him.

The persons (2 of them) he approached were helping 1 customers or just have a sales conversation. They pointed him to the IPad to sign in. He didn't know where/what/how to do it. This was apparent. So I helped him. I even let him go ahead of me. The point of this review the company has become dehumanize. There's no friendly greetings, if your not purchasing anything they care not how they interact with you. COX DO BETTER: PUT THE HUMAN TOUCH BACK INTO YOUR COMPANY. and this is just the smallest part of my complaints. 2stars is because how the gentleman help Walter.
