- NSNick SinclairJan 21, 20261.0Bad customer service. Got there early not knowing they open at 10 so I waited patiently in my car until about 9:58 and then went to the door. I saw 5 employees standing behind the desk and they just looked at me. It was about 20° outside so I knocked. Guy opens the door and says "you know we open at 10 right?" I said yea that's in two minutes! To which he responded "you can still exercise some patients". I laughed at him, dropped off my obsolete junk and left.
