  I dropped by the Cox store in Middletown to pick up updated equipment. No wait! Aaron assisted me. He was courteous and efficient and provided me with a few tips to make my equipment installation easier. Thanks!

  They told us 1 day shipping, here we are day 4 still no Internet. The website says no deposit, he had to pay a $50 deposit. Hopefully the equipment shows up soon. Update. We went to the store and stood in line with other people holding routers to return. They told us there that a lot of Rhode Island isn't actually serviceable by Cox and apologized for the lies on the website and customer service line.

  Went to cox store to return modem 882 west Main st, Middletown ri.2 workers told me they don't take them I would have to go to the UPS Store on Belleview ave in Newport. They took the modem. Thank you UPS. No thanks cox for sending me on a wild goose chase. Deb

  I dread going to the stores and avoid them at all costs. HOWEVER the man that helped me today with a remote issue was extremely kind above and beyond. I wasn’t able to get his name but definitely coming back to this location when I need stuff. Thanks for having kind employees here.
