  Need to go into the store to talk to customer service for my wifi works when it wants to . I have spent since day one on the phone with customer service and gotten the run around. And wifi works when it wants to. Spectrum know about the Internet issues in our neighborhood and has not been a week yet as a customer. They upgraded their programs but not the signal in neighborhood where there has been 13 house added and elementary School got a new add-on addition to the building, so that is more single being divided in the neighborhood. They know about this issue and cox/spectrum refuses to do anything about it. Lincoln RI Change your company name, it does not change customer service support ethics.

  Not for this store specifically but for Spectrum in general. They raised my internet from $70 to $94 because they said my cox promotion ended. When I chatted with customer service they offered me $85/month and then $50/month for 1yr and then $85/month after but then told me they have to remove my cox complete care from my service but if I want to keep it it would be an additional $10 per month. So less services for more money. Super helpful. Time to look into T-Mobile internet. And now the response I get is to contact them via X or Facebook?! What kind of customer service is that??

  Review for Cox/Spectrum in general, not this specific store. Have had so many issues with Cox over the years, and it got worse with Spectrum. Customer service reps knowing very little, and telling me incorrect information, selling me services that don't even exist. I installed Verizon. Better service and cheaper. I then have to deal with Spectrum to cancel, which takes FOREVER over the phone...just awful!

  This place is a joke. I used to go there when it was Cox and the help was great. Now that they purchased from spectrum. I walk in there. We got one employee sitting at the desk on this phone, six people, waiting in the room and only three other workers helping people, either need to hire more people or train them better.

  The woman was helpful here. It was very crowded and there wasn't enough staff. This is nit the staffs fault. They did a good job under the circumstances. My overall experience with Cox has been horrendous and I have ended my 30 years of doing business with them. For over 3 months they did everything possible not to shut off my cable and cost me an extra $1,000 of extra services, including shutting off my phone instead of the cable. I needed that for emergency use since I live in a remote area and my husband is compromised. Cox wasted hours of my time sending dial up routers, making it impossible to return equipment, giving different information on how to so depending on who you spoke with. On top of that, one cable box I sent back months ago, is not found in their records. The employee did all she could to try to locate and resolve the situation. The store itself and it's employees were kind and accommodating. Doing business with Cox in general, I highly encourage people NOT TOO.
