This has been a pretty poor internet and WiFi experience, and terrible customer service.
I recently had an issue where the fiber connection on the building’s side stopped working, and not on my end. They sent a technician out and still charged me, even though they didn’t do any work on my unit.
Then I call and they tell me I’m wrong, and wouldn’t want to waste their time double checking their work without charging me again.
I wouldn’t recommend this company.
