Prior ISP I had would provided the modem, then I would connect wireless or with a cable from the modem to laptop, tv, etc. Now Spectrum sells you the Internet service and provide the modem, but disabled the wireless feature and charge you extra if you want to connect wireless, what do they care how you connect, they turned the wireless feature into a fee, it's like buying a TV and ask the customer for a fee to allow them to change channels, ridiculous. They whole time they call this feature panoramic wifi, just a way to trick people when all they doing is disabling a feature to charge for it now.

Very busy. Long wait. Representative took his time to help my daughter whose phone was hacked.. he was patient informative and attentive to her. Was not rushed no question she asked was ignored.what he didn't know he directed us to who could help and follow up on why and how it happened.

One of the worst customer service experiences, if you ask me. It’s terrible dealing with this company because they take no consideration when your bill is overcharged, and they always take forever to actually help you. The employees often act like they don’t know what they’re doing, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.
I decided to disconnect my services with them, and I have no plans of ever using their mobile services again. Definitely not worth wasting your time here. I expect efficient services.
