Tried to contact people at this store for assistance with the multiple issues going on and just ended up being ignored. DO NOT GO HERE. Stick with ANY other provider if you can..

I was transferred around and ended up spending over an hour on the phone. Instead of simply addressing my request to replace the faulty modem with one that actually works, they repeatedly tried to upsell me to a more expensive internet plan. Every time I brought the conversation back to replacing the bad equipment, they seemed hesitant to help and kept dodging the issue. I called to get working equipment, not to be pressured into paying more money for a service upgrade I don’t need. The constant upselling while refusing to properly address the actual problem was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

They’ve relied on strangling the market and charging people whatever they want. If you have any option for service elsewhere I would highly recommend it, a company with practices like this deserves to go away.
