I left a bad review but changed my heart due to a great customer sales rep. Although I waited an "eternity" (Dramatic) lol, I ended up having a better experience walking out a happier customer

The worst company there is!!! I've been trying to pay my bill and its nearly impossible. I have two modems, two accounts and nobody in the customer service department knows what's going on . All they say is account up to date. Well its not because they shit off my internet. After numerous times and hours spent chatting with them I was finally able to pay my second bill. What a joke. , canceling first chance I get

Spectrum formerly COX, presently one of the worst companies to grace this fine planet. The support online, although present, is the biggest lot of incompetent and useless individuals to ever answer a phone. They mess up accounts and billing, lie about changes, and send you down a “let me transfer you” rabbit hole. Upon giving up with the phone support, you will find yourself in a DMV environment waiting hours at this store. You could kickstart an internet provider company and build the infrastructure in the same time as getting seen by one of the not-so professionals at a desk. The staff seems more attentive to making jokes with their coworkers and checking their phones and dancing than helping the customers.

Felt like waiting in a dealership when all I needed was to pick up an equipment since I upgraded my connection. Then have the same experience the next day because they want me to return an equipment that never was assigned to me, because previously I used my owned purchased Arris modems and they want me to return a DTC4981 that never in my possession as I self activated and installed years ago with my own equipment. In addition, I stayed on the phone waiting for technical support to tell me that they have no equipment in my name and to come back to the store to take care of it. Complete disconnect because it is absurd to tell me to return an equipment never assigned to me. It’s frustrating how a simple process can get messed up because they don’t do their due diligence.
