This store was the closest "Cox" location to return my modem from my home. It is in front of a very busy mall on a highway. The reviews that I read said it was in and out 15 minutes. However, there was only really two people that I saw working with customers, one chatting with pretty girls at a sales table, and one on the computer ignoring everyone and rolling her eyes when customers walked in. The store was PACKED. Finally, the employee hitting on the table of girls heard me on the phone complaining about running late and he took the modem. There was no smiles, warm greetings, or sense of urgency or customer service to really be seen. Plus, Spectrum buying Cox was a huge mistake. My Cox used to be excellent with no connection problems. Since it became Spectrum, it has had nothing but problems. Spectrum service stinks, they have ended a lot of the customer service aspects that Cox had in place for customer satisfaction, and the staff could care less about you.

Cox has the most deceptive practices in the valley, they will overcharge you as much as they can. I was charged $90 for cancelling and going to another provider after already paying $70 for the month. How can you retroactively charge me a rate that I NEVER agreed to. Could not be happier getting rid of these guys. The only reason I stayed with them is because there was no other service in my area.
