Waited an hour to just return equipment. Veronica and another tall girl with long black hair just pulling people to their counter to help that just came in after several people already waiting & checked in. Why have a sign in system at this location if you are just gonna pull the people you want to help and make the rest of us wait even longer. System sucks here unprofessional.

I had high hopes for Spectrum taking over Cox Cable. They made an offer in the first weeks for 1 Gig Internet for $60 a month for 1 year. I called and my request for upgrade from 100Mb to 1 Gig was accepted. I got an email stating the upgrade terms. I went to the Cox store to get an upgraded modem (suggested by the telephone rep) and was told: "Homegirl didn't do her job! You don't have an upgrade in. I can do it for $70 a month though." I returned home and found that my account had been upgraded to 500Mb but my service is still limited to 95 Mb per Speedtest.net. I spent an hour on the phone and got no joy on either problem - the lack of an upgrade or getting the deal that I contracted for. I guess it's time to start looking at other alternatives like T-Mobile Home Internet or Starlink. Very sad that they don't honor the deals that they confirm by email!!! Update 10/8: I wasted another hour with Spectrum support yesterday trying to get what was contractually confirmed to me. I ordered 1Gig service (an upgrade from 100Mb on Cox) for $60 and received 2 emails confirming. It was never upgraded, the account indicates Internet 500 and nobody will budge from demanding $70 a month. I'm not going to spend that so if that is your only answer, I will go to T-Mobile or Starlink where I can get a cheaper rate, if not faster internet. I measured my speed using speedtest.net at 89Mb this morning... nothing near 500 or the promised 1 Gig Update 10/9: Latitia from Customer Service noticed my posting and worked hard to get me my promised service. She then sweetened the pot a bit by giving me a 1 year discount on that rate. We determined that the slow speed was caused by a long forgotten 10/100 switch which has been replaced by a Gigabit one and we're now getting the speeds we were promised. Thank you Latitia! You have restored my faith in Spectrum.

I was just returning their modem.. it took 35 min for a 2 min max drop off. Just make a drop off area for people that don’t need to add or change services.

Servicio pésimo. La agencion es mala y no ayudan a resolver ninguno de tus problemas. Se supone que hablaría con el manager y nunca se dignó a salir

Spectrum’s customer service today was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with an internet provider. It took four separate calls just to try to switch my plan: First, an agent named Steven hung up on me when I asked for a transfer. Second, Zane tried to manipulate my plan into a higher price while cutting my mobile service, then transferred me to someone who claimed he didn't even work with Spectrum systems. Third, Jasmine gave me severe attitude before blindly transferring me again. Finally, I reached a competent call center representative who was actually offering a great solution—only to be placed on hold and disconnected mid-explanation. The level of incompetence, deceptive sales tactics, and lack of basic phone etiquette across multiple reps is astounding. I would sign up for ATT or centurylink or starlink as long as it’s not cox or anything affiliated with them.
