  Now instead of just making a quick drop off of equipment like the modem. You now have to wait until they are finished selling people cell phones (which if anyone has ever purchased a cell phone knows it’s an extremely long process). It’s like such a bad system. A huge waste of time, honestly.

  Poor service, they changed their name from Cox to Spectrum probably to get away from their negative reviews only it has gotten worse. 20 people in the lobby and only 2 hands working. One guy is buying a cell phone but he cant make up his mind on what phone to buy. The other customer is buying Internet service and it is taking forever. Now there is 30 people waiting in the lobby and the manager is laughing behind the counter.

  The guys themselves were super cool. No issue with them. However, having my service show up at 5pm with no heads up, when I’m told that I would have a 15 minute heads up period is not great but you get over it. As a company, do what you say you’re going to do. What was really bad though is having my service take 3+ hours AND my service wasn’t even correctly set up so not only am I losing sleep for work tomorrow, but I also did it for my service to still not even work in the morning. Completely unacceptable. 0/10 experience and apparently 0/10 service. The only reason we’re with spectrum/cox is because they have a duopoly on the ISP for the area.

  Been here twice with wait time over 30 minutes...they seem to take an extremely long time for each transaction. Can't even drop off equipment without spending more time than a visit to DMV.

  Transitioning from COX to Spectrum has not been a walk in the park but the hardware (tv boxes and updated internet router) is install and good to go. Unfortunately going to this store to return this equipment was not pleasant with the cold and indifferent and not friendly service from SAMANTHA was horrid. The store was not as busy and I am sure when the rest of former COX customers start coming en masse, she will be even more unfriendly. She is in the wrong line of work especially during this transition. I rarely give poor reviews but the way I left this store was exceptionally disappointing to post this in the parking lot. It is 2026 SAMANTHA, customer face to face while few and far between nowadays, the customer experience for an errand nobody wants to deal with is more important than the attitude. Left this review on YELP as well hoping SPECTRUM acknowledges this. PS. Adding that when I first arrived to the store Samantha had dismissed an elderly man with a cane from the front counter to walk back to the entrance to SIGN IN at the tablet, said elderly man was wearing a Vietnam veteran cap. Gross Samantha, just gross.
