Told me I would have service, no reason there should be any problem. Wrong again. I’m a calm guy, but the outright dishonesty and lack of care by these people is astonishing. If they did not have a monopoly on service they would be out of business. I guess I’ll do starlink or whatever, it’s the principle.

I had a collection from an account I was never properly informed about. I canceled my service when I moved years ago yet I’m now being told charges continued after that and we’re sent to collections without my knowledge even more concerning. I was told this collection as being treated as If it’s only a year old, despite the timeline not adding up There was no clear communication no attempt to resolve the issue before sending it to collections and no willingness to investigate the situation when I explained what happened This feels extremely unfair and poorly handled. I would strongly caution, others to keep detailed records when canceling services because you may still be held responsible for charges You didn’t knowingly agree to. Try T-Mobile they’re much better and much faster service
