  You will not get your equipment deposit back. They will tell you to call billing and the people you speak to on the phone will either tell you that the store could’ve actually handled the refund or give you the run-around. Cancelled service after a week because the technician was a no-call-no-show and it would’ve been at least another week of no service after signing up for NEW SERVICE. There’s data caps unless you pay an additional $50 so go ahead and add that on top of the advertised plan prices if you want the actual price of unlimited internet data. Switched to Quantum, speed is not as fast but the price is a lot lower, the data is unlimited without an extra fee and the can actually get technician out to you.

  Manuel was so nice and professional. Had me in and out with my new account and equipment in 10 minutes. Even walked me to the door and held it. Great customer service!!

  This is for Cynthia in TV and Derrick in advanced, advanced technical. TEN STARS to both of you 🌟💕🙏 🌟 Cynthia was so VERY LOVELY and truly tried her absolute BEST to assist me before switching me over to technical, which that girl gets ZERO, ZERO for doing absolutely NOTHING. But Derrick is my absolute HERO and was able to RETRIEVE ALL of my recordings for which I am eternally grateful 🙏 Somehow my DVR service was cancelled, NOT by me, TYVM oh mean girl in “regular” technical🤨 But I’m telling you that Derrick is my absolute FAVORITE employee of COX for ever and EVER🙏 And I hope that your little boys toothache is all gone🙏 Thank you again Cynthia for your patience and really trying so hard and my HERO Derrick, for being such WONDERFUL, CARING people 🙏💫🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💫

  Cox is terrible. Consistently doesn’t record. Time to get rid of this Overpriced service. Starlink here we come.

  Just go to Verizon. This store has a bunch of bobble heads with tablets that are incompetent. Its one thing to not know an answer to a specific question and still try to find other options. Its another thing to look bad at doing your job. Like atleast Fake it!! They were all siting around at a desk just doing a bunch of nothing...I guess waiting to clock out. They didnt have the device I needed in stock which is fine but they didnt even try to offer me other options or upgrade me which I would have actually took because I work from home. I went to Verizon and left with everything I needed in 10 minutes.
