Went in for new internet service but he was adamant to sell me the combo internet+mobile, even when I told him I have no need for mobile. He insisted it would save me money blah blah. He lied about the promotion he upsold me to, I had to pay for that new phone and he wouldn’t refund what I paid as I never used it, instead he says I would be charged for restocking fee! Unbelievable! As an assistant store mgr I’d expect at least some decent customer service and accountability but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any empathy or even a simple apology for the miscommunication, etc. Zero star for Brandon! I wouldn’t want this dishonest misleading individual to work for me. My internet works good the complaint is with assistant mgr Brandon I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from him. He tried to make me pay more for canceling the phone service he lied about. Disgusting!

Not only was he able to resolve my issues and answer my questions, he found me a better, faster, and cheaper option. He took what started out as a frustrating chat experience, and turned it into an enjoyable store experience. Anytime I have questions or concerns in regard to my account, I will be returning to see him. Impeccable customer service, Gerardo!
