Called for re-installation for my new home. Service tech Mark (#476) got my house wired up incredibly fast. He also got me connected to Vyve's retention team to bring by monthly service bill down and bring my speed up. Awesome service all around!

Bad customer service from guy in office being rude and disrespectful name might be chris. Technician 476 that came out today was awesome helped me tremendously thanks to him I'll stay with vyve.

Excellent service! Our wifi was cutting in and out for a few days and we called customer service and they said they would send out a technician the following day between 1-5. Elijah, our technician, got here ON TIME, at 2pm (usually everywhere is always late and doesn’t come within the given window). He was very polite and told us exactly what he was going to do through every step. After he figured out the problem, he immediately replaced the piece, and brought the piece in to show us why our wifi wasn’t working. Then, he pulled up our signal to show us it was working perfectly. We also ran a speed test and it was as high as it could get! and the best part of it all? he was here for less than an HOUR! very fast service and got the problem solved immediately. Thank you Elijah! I wish every technician was this fast, nice, and knowledgeable!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Huge shoutout to Steve and Tony for being hands down the BEST internet tech team we’ve ever had out.
Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, but they actually took the time to explain things instead of rushing through and throwing out the classic “looks good on my end” and disappearing 😂. They checked signal throughout my ENTIRE house, made sure everything was working the way it should, and actually cared about fixing the issue correctly.
We’ve had other techs over the years with Vyve, and this experience was night and day different. Steve and Tony worked as a team, communicated everything clearly, answered questions, and made sure I understood what was going on. They were respectful, thorough, and honestly restored my faith that good customer service still exists.
At one point I felt like they knew my Wi-Fi better than I do 🤣.
Vyve — whatever y’all are doing with these two, keep doing it. Steve and Tony deserve recognition because they went above and beyond and gave the kind of service people actually remember.
10/10 experience. Send them every time 👏

I don't normally write reviews, but I recently had such a great experience with several of the Vyve service technicians, that I felt like I needed to say something. My coax line was cut twice in very short succession, once by the town, and once by the water company, and during the course of the repairs, I worked with Elijah, Steve, and Tony. These guys were fantastic! Not only did they repair the cuts, but they actually imporoved the signal, so that my connection was better after the repair than it was before the lines were cut. They communicated with me the whole time, so that I knew what was going on during the repairs, and they actually took the time to call me the day after the repairs were finished to make sure that everything was still working correctly. It's rare to meet people who actually care about the quality of their work, but these guys really do!
