  Don't use this company all they do is automate your stuff to AI and they constantly drop the ball on the accounts just a bunch of empty promises constantly and when you try to cancel them they just push along person to person with no results absolutely the worst advertising company if you don't believe me just ask Google is town square worth the money

  These people are for sure scammers cause they make it seem like they going to help all customers which sounds good considering I've been scammed before and what ya know they done the same damn thing had not got me no work no help waiting a month before they called me just strongly advise everyone not to mess with anyone in the company they are all pieces of shit there not out breaking sweats and putting hard work in all the contractors can all pretty much agree that they are just setting behind a desk waiting for people to call ask for help and they just take there money

  ⭐ 1 STAR — THREE MONTHS OF CHARGES, ZERO SERVICES PROVIDED I strongly DO NOT recommend Townsquare Interactive based on my experience. I signed up genuinely excited to work with this company. However, once I began speaking with the onboarding team, I quickly discovered that the way their services actually worked was different from what I had understood when I agreed to sign up. Because of that, I immediately decided not to move forward. I NEVER COMPLETED THE ONBOARDING PROCESS and clearly told them I did not want to proceed with their services. Yet here we are approximately FOUR MONTHS later as I have another bill next week, and Townsquare Interactive has continued charging me. They have provided ZERO services to me. I never completed onboarding. No work has been performed for my business. Yet I have been charged month after month. Even more frustrating has been the customer service. I have called repeatedly trying to resolve this. I have spoken with multiple people and repeatedly heard, “I’m so sorry. I’ll have someone call you back by the end of the day.” The callbacks don't come. Then I call again, explain the entire situation again, receive another apology and another promise that someone will contact me — and still nothing gets resolved. I was eventually told, essentially, “You signed a six-month contract, so you have to pay for six months.” My question is: Pay for WHAT? I did not complete onboarding. I told them I did not want to move forward. I have received no services, and they have performed ZERO work for my business. Yet they have already charged me for three months and are refusing to refund my money. I understand that contracts exist for a reason. But I also believe a company should stand behind what was represented to a customer and should not repeatedly ignore a customer who has been trying for MONTHS to resolve a billing dispute. At this point, the lack of communication and accountability is just as concerning to me as the charges themselves. I was excited to work with Townsquare Interactive when I first signed up. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. Three months of charges. No completed onboarding. No services provided. Repeated calls. Repeated promises of callbacks. No resolution. No refund. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. If you are considering Townsquare Interactive, I strongly recommend getting a very clear explanation IN WRITING of exactly how their services work, what happens if you decide not to proceed during onboarding, and what their cancellation policy is BEFORE signing anything. I would be happy to update this review if Townsquare Interactive actually contacts me and resolves this situation. Until then, I cannot recommend this company. Edit: Since I can't respond to Townsquare on here with their post to contact them. I did contact them AGAIN with the same result. I had to wait for 30 minutes on hold while they found a manager that gave me the same response. Also if someone has a complaint why would you not reach out to them and try to fix it if you were a reputable company? I see there are many more reviews with the same issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!
