Gavin went over the products with me and provided very detailed information allowing me to make an informed decision. His no pressure approach reassures me I've made the right choice to subscribe.

  The website itself is fine, but we were promised that their services could get us into the top 3 on Google. We haven’t even been able to get our Google Business Profile verified. Now we’re being told that we’re locked into a contract. If they couldn’t deliver on the commitments that were made to us, why should we be expected to continue honoring the contract? Be very careful when dealing with Nate or anyone else representing this company. Make sure you understand exactly what is being promised, what is actually being delivered, and what your contractual obligations are before signing.

  Spoke with their sales rep. Explained to him I was in a contract with another advertising company. He promised that he could cancel that contract and get me started with them as we went back and forth a couple days trying to get it canceled. He disappeared and haven’t heard back from him till the other week. Told him what I was dealing with, the situation I’ve got put in trying to switch advertising companies, advised him the second day that since this To have him cancel because he did not stand up to what he said he would do. Now they’re trying to charge me for billing and they haven’t even spoke with me to set my account up with them. They just got my credit card information. Please be advised of this company.

  I am giving you all a sincere warning right now to not trust ANYTHING this company tells you. We hired them back in March (2026) to build a site and attract leads. We laid out EXACTLY what we wanted in a site that MUST be ChatGPT and AI ready. We also made it very clear that the site must be hosted on our hosting server and we were not signing a contract and wanted a month-to-month service. When the site launched there were typos, incorrect layouts and issues that any beginner web designer should have caught. The map that was included had points somewhere near NY City rather than any of our service areas. We also asked that all Contact Us forms sent clients directly to our internal systems and even provided the code snippet to redirect users there. This was not included in the site, and took several weeks to implement the already written code. When issues persisted, we cut ties with them. We had the site tested for ChatGPT and AI compatibility and it was less than 50% ready. We pointed this out to them and they did absolutely nothing to correct the issue. When we cut ties with them, they sent us a bill for a "6 month agreement" which we never had. Then, without any warning or communication our site was taken down. These guys are the worst I have ever worked with and HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend avoiding them at ALL COST!!! I rate them a ZERO star, but it is unfortunately not available. BEWARE!!!!!!!
