  Had to wait for 30-40 minutes to return a router, the woman next to me waited over an hour to ask a question, another man waited for 45 minutes to get help. Do not come here for any quick transaction no matter what it is.

  Not really sure what happened, but I was charged for equipment I had already brought in years ago. They didn't resolve it after I came in.. Words are nothing to them.. money is everything.

  Terrible experience start to finish. Would never recommend cox to anyone I care about, and have been pushing as many people towards Ideatek as I can. Truly horribly run company. Dropping them was the best part of moving. Edit: the last time I was told to email that address with my issue, I recieved zero response.

  I rely on the internet. I had 1 that worked from home. There were several times it was off between 10 hrs. To several days. Just not reliable. Decided to go with another service and have had a much better and reliable internet.

  Alexa was great. If all your employees and service were as kind and personal and friendly as Alexa I would still be a COX customer.
