- ALArmando Leon1 day ago1.0Signed up for the online marketed $50/mo internet service and the router was a few days late so they got me another and promised to remove the installation fee. The installer mentioned an additional $10/mo rental fee and I told him that wasn’t what I signed up for. He was on the phone for 20min and removed this additional fee. First month bill hits, installation and $10 that were “removed” was still there. Won’t use someone I can’t trust. They just keep pushing phone service and waste your time. RUN.
